Welcome to 2025!

Can you believe it’s already 2025? If you’re like me, you’ll probably still find yourself writing "2024" on notes for a while! But here we are, ushering in a new year filled with fresh opportunities, challenges, and exciting plans.

One major milestone ahead is Microsoft’s decision to end free security updates for Windows 10 in October 2025. In preparation, we’re proactively working with all our clients to create and implement migration plans to transition to Windows 11 within the next 10 months.

We’re also thrilled to share that, under the leadership of Craig Urban, our new Director of Cybersecurity, Jatag Solutions is on track to earn the CompTIA

Cybersecurity Trustmark this year. This industry-recognized certification will strengthen our internal processes and enhance the security measures we provide to our clients.

In addition to our cybersecurity advancements, we’ve expanded our services to include phone systems, email signature compliance, dark web monitoring, and AI process implementation. Whether you’re looking for innovative solutions or robust technical support, we’re here to help with all your IT needs.

Please welcome Kevin Dzitkowski to our team. Kevin Dzitkowski was an Experienced Advanced Repair Agent at Best Buy where Kevin specialized in computer repairs and technical support. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, with a strong focus on providing clear, step-by-step instructions for clients. Kevin is currently pursuing a degree in computer science, with a focus on Python for AI programming. He is passionate about technology and problem-solving, aiming to transition into a software engineering role where he can apply his technical expertise to create innovative solutions.
